This will bring your worn supercharger back to the original factory condition, ensuring your supercharger, performs at its' best.
At this time, we only offer factory new IHI Turbo rotor packs and drive replacement parts and services for 200HP - 400HP Verado Supercharged L6 engines. For those that may not know, IHI Turbo America manufactured the supercharger for the Mercury Verado. Our team consists of highly skilled, factory trained technicians assigned to disassemble, ultrasonic clean, and inspect your supercharger to prepare it for rebuild. The main case and drive snout casting will be re-used and prepped for all new factory, IHI Turbo G3 rotor pack/gear assembly with all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. The unit is electronic tested, and properly packaged for the return journey.
All of this can be done in a one to two day turn around time. UPS Next Day Air return shipping is available. The price for this service will be $3000 USD. This will cover general JBP labor, internal gaskets, new rotor pack, new consumable kit, all new drive shaft, hardware, and consumables. It will not cover shipping, customs or duties, damage to the external housing, bent pulleys, stripped bolts, damaged threads. We reuse your case and front drive snout casting. Remember to pack your supercharger well to avoid these costs.

Choose a box that is at least 3 inches larger than the supercharger overall. Protect it from shipping damage. Provide enough padding and protection, especially to the oil feed and drain ports, as well as the pulley. Damage to these areas can increase the cost or labor time. To be an eligible dealer, you must submit a copy of your State Sales Tax Permit and provide proof location. Discounts apply AFTER the 1st purchase.
